PlayRBI privacy policy

PlayRBI (playrbi.netlify.app) is a free, non-commercial site for playing R.B.I. Baseball online with friends and keeping league records. Last updated November 8, 2026.

What we collect

• When you sign in with Google, Discord or an email link: your email address (to sign you in), and from Google or Discord your name and profile picture.
• Your player profile: the player name and country you choose. These are public on standings and player records.
• Games you play: scores, box scores and the events they were played in. Official results are public.

Your email address is never shown to other players. If you play without signing in, no account information is collected.

How it is used

Only to sign you in, show your player record and event standings, and run the leagues and tournaments you join. We do not sell or share your information, and there is no advertising or tracking.

Where it is stored

Account and game data are stored with Supabase; the site is hosted by Netlify.

Game records are permanent

Under the Terms of Use, game results and stats belong to PlayRBI and stay on the site under the player name they were played under, permanently — including after an account is closed.

Closing your account

To close your account, email kenneth@dsouzalegal.com. We disable sign-in and delete your email address; your player name and game records remain.
