Version 1 · effective November 8, 2026. These Terms apply to playrbi.netlify.app ("PlayRBI", "the site"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't create an account.
Every game played on a PlayRBI account — scores, box scores, player and pitching lines, standings, the event it was played in, and the player names and teams involved ("Game Records") — belongs to PlayRBI. To the extent you have any rights in Game Records, you assign them to PlayRBI, and where an assignment is not possible you grant PlayRBI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to keep, display, publish, and use them for any purpose.
PlayRBI keeps a complete and accurate history of every event. Game Records stay on the site under the player name they were played under, permanently. They are not removed, hidden, or changed at a player's request, including after an account is closed. Only a commissioner or the site may correct a result that was recorded in error, and every correction is logged.
You choose your player name; it is public and appears on all of your Game Records. Choose a name, not your private contact details. Don't impersonate anyone or use a name that is offensive. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for games played on your account.
Report results honestly. Don't tamper with games, cartridges, or reports, and don't play someone else's team without the commissioner's approval. Commissioners may hold, void, or move games and remove members from their events. PlayRBI may suspend accounts that break these Terms; their Game Records remain.
You can stop using PlayRBI at any time. If you ask us to close your account, we disable sign-in and delete your email address. Your player name and Game Records remain, as described above.
PlayRBI is a free, non-commercial fan site provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop the site at any time and are not liable for lost games, data, or any damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. R.B.I. Baseball and related names belong to their respective owners; PlayRBI is not affiliated with them.
We may update these Terms. When we do, you'll be asked to agree to the new version before your next game counts.
